Sherri Shepherd Says She Can’t Afford Another Husband, Claims Exes Work Together Against Her

Former View co-host Sherri Shepherd says she can’t afford to keep paying her ex-husbands off, after two divorces ended in her reportedly dishing out money to both men.

“Girl, I can’t afford another marriage. I’m fine. I’m content,” Shepherd said while appearing as a guest on The Wendy Williams Show on Tuesday.

Shepherd, 51, was married to Jeff Tarpley from 2001 to 2010. They share a 13-year-old son, Jeffrey Charles Tarpley.

She was also married to Lamar Sally from 2011 to 2014.

Sally sued Shepherd for child support over their surrogate child, who Shepherd has no relationship with. However, she is forced to pay child support.

The men have little do with Shepherd–but they do support each other against her, she said.

“It’s rough. I had to go to court the other day and both the husbands were there,” Shepherd said. “I was just like, ‘Lord, I am really getting tested today!’ … They go to court together. Dumber and dumb-ass.”

Shepherd was a co-host of The View until she was dumped by producers in 2014, months after making what many regarded as homophobic remarks.
